Our attention to detail
LCS Commercial proposes to perform as follows:
- General dusting around papers, equipment and boxes on the desks and tables. Dust chairs and file cabinets including accessible areas under desks and tables. Please let us know if you want us to dry dust your computer equipment.
- Vacuum all carpets and around heavy furniture or equipment.
- Dry mop/vacuum all uncarpeted floors (damp mopping as directed).
- Collect and remove all trash around the Office and replace liners.
- Kitchen: clean and disinfect counter top, sink, stove, microwave in and out, refrigerator in and out (without removing food). Clean front of the cabinets. Freezer and oven: price quoted upon request. Floor vacuumed and mopped.
- Bathrooms: Clean mirrors and front of cabinets; clean and disinfect sinks, toilets and floor.
- During the month the following tasks will be rotated to assure you a comprehensive quality cleaning:
